First time with Rody's and everything was as it should have been or better. Booking worked great, reminders helped and they showed up on time. I say "they", because he had a helper with him. They were both very pleasant and Rody was very well spoken (I just didn't speak to his helper). They did a great job in the time they quoted and I received an email receipt timely as well as another email to schedule the next wash. Going to do a standing appointment at least every two weeks.
